Senior Associate Engineer, Equipment Engineering
Role Summary
Support production in the Module by maintaining equipment readiness, performing preventive maintenance and calibrations, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to implement equipment improvements and meet module production objectives.

Senior-level. Preferred 3–6 years of experience in a semiconductor equipment role.
Responsibilities
Primary duties while supporting production and equipment operations:
- Operate and support production equipment during 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibrations on time.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize equipment downtime.
- Assist engineers with installation and hook-up of new equipment.
- Support equipment improvement projects and provide feedback to engineers.
- Participate in quality improvement teams to improve productivity and output quality.
- Maintain housekeeping and safe custody of tools and equipment in the production area.
Requirements
Key qualifications and expectations (education summarized below):
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor production equipment; capable of troubleshooting and performing PMs.
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (required).
- 3–6 years of experience in a semiconductor equipment role (preferred).
- Nice-to-have: experience with LAM, KLA, or SPTS tools.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to production processes.
Education Requirements
Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Microelectronics Engineering.
