Senior ASIC Verification Engineer
Role Summary
Responsible for verification of high-performance, low-power security engines and RISC‑V processor IPs. Senior member of a new Israel-based verification team collaborating with architects, RTL designers, system verification and software teams to deliver production-ready IP.
Experience Level
Senior — typically 5+ years of relevant ASIC/RTL verification experience.
Responsibilities
Primary verification responsibilities for IP delivery and integration.
- Participate in micro‑architecture development and produce verification specifications.
- Develop SystemVerilog UVM verification environments for crypto and RISC‑V IPs.
- Create verification and test plans to achieve target coverage.
- Collaborate with designers to debug, triage, and resolve RTL issues.
- Integrate and hand off IP to cluster/SoC-level verification, emulation, and higher-level verification teams.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience; nice-to-have items listed separately.
- 5+ years of verification experience on complex digital designs.
- Proficient in SystemVerilog and UVM methodology.
- Strong debugging skills and effective team collaboration and communication.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with crypto RTL units (AES, RSA, PQC).
- Experience with RISC‑V cores or peripherals.
- Experience working in a diverse, global engineering environment.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
