Role Summary
Senior verification engineer responsible for verification of the Memory Management Unit (MMU) for GPU ASICs. Work on verification scope, infrastructure, test and coverage plans, and correctness validation of the design.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Define verification scope for the Memory Management Unit and related blocks.
- Design and implement verification infrastructure: testbenches, BFMs, checkers, monitors.
- Create and execute test plans and coverage plans; drive coverage closure.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and software engineers across sites to resolve issues.
- Debug failures using simulation and debug tools and deliver actionable bug reports.
- Contribute to strategic direction and advancement of verification methodology and testbench reuse.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- 5+ years of relevant ASIC verification or research experience.
- Experience with computer architecture, ASIC design, and verification methodology.
- Strong proficiency in SystemVerilog and C and/or C++.
- Experience with test planning, coverage closure, constrained-random testing, and assertion-based verification.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., VCS, IES) and debug tools (e.g., Debussy, GDB).
- Strong debugging, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Understanding of memory subsystem micro-architecture, cache topologies, memory management, interconnects, or arbiters.
- Experience with UVM, SystemVerilog scoreboards/checkers, semiformal verification (SFV), and advanced assertion usage.
- Scripting experience (Perl or Python).
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
