Senior ASIC Methodology, Flow and Integration Engineer

Role Summary

Lead methodology, flow and integration work for NVIDIA SoC and GPU designs with a focus on high-speed IO. The role owns integration processes, builds reusable automation and infrastructure, and coordinates across RTL, verification, physical design, and architecture teams.

Location: India β€” Bengaluru or Hyderabad. The role works with global teams to define and deploy scalable, modular flows across multiple projects and technology nodes.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include owning integration flows and improving design methodology and automation.

  • Own full-chip and block-level integration across multiple SoC and GPU projects.
  • Stitch RTL units, manage hierarchy and connectivity, and ensure flow compatibility.
  • Define and evolve internal design methodologies to improve scalability, quality, and turnaround time.
  • Build automation pipelines and tooling to streamline integration, debug, and delivery.
  • Drive full-chip debug, connectivity and functional issue resolution across hierarchies and nodes.
  • Collaborate with RTL, verification, physical design, and architecture teams to ensure design readiness.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of internal standards and flows.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise with IP development flows and build flows.
  • Experience building automation using scripting (Python, Perl) and integration tooling.
  • Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills for system-level integration issues.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across distributed, matrixed teams.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
  • Nice-to-have: exposure to AI tools such as Claude or Cursor.

Education Requirements
