Role Summary
Senior ASIC Engineer responsible for designing and verifying a high-performance Memory Management Unit (MMU) for NVIDIA SoCs and GPUs. The role works with architects, designers, and software engineers across sites to define micro-architecture, implement features, and ensure correctness and performance.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities focus on MMU architecture, implementation, verification, and team leadership.
- Micro-architect and develop a high-performance MMU for GPUs and SoCs.
- Design and implement memory coherency and arbitration policies for memory subsystems.
- Develop and execute advanced verification methodologies and flows.
- Contribute to architecture and design decisions across the product team.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, and software engineers across multiple sites.
Requirements
Key technical skills and experience required or preferred.

Must-have:
- Experience designing memory subsystem units with coherency and arbitration policies.
- Proficiency in Verilog and common build/verification tools (for example VCS) and debug tools (for example Verdi, Synopsys).
- Strong familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming in C++ and/or SystemVerilog.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

- Prior experience with GPU or SoC MMU design and verification.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field — or equivalent practical experience.
