Senior Architect, SoC Modelling
Role Summary
Join NVIDIA's Architecture Modelling group to model, analyze, and validate GPU and SoC architectures and features. The role focuses on developing simulation and analysis tools, executing chip cmodels end-to-end, and working with cross-functional teams to improve performance and efficiency.

Senior — requires 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include architecture modelling, tool development, test creation, and leading cmodel execution.
- Model and analyze graphics, LPU, and SoC algorithms and features.
- Lead cmodel chip execution end-to-end with internal and external stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain tools to analyze, simulate, validate, and verify models.
- Develop tests, test plans, and testing infrastructure for new architectures/features.
- Perform code coverage analysis and reporting.
- Drive next-generation infrastructure initiatives for modelling and simulation.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and teamwork capabilities; preferred items noted.
- Strong programming in C++ and C; familiarity with build systems (CMake, make), toolchains (GCC, MSVC), and libraries (STL, Boost).
- Experience with Docker, Jenkins, and scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
- Excellent communication and ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
- Experience in computer architecture modeling and simulation tools. Preferred: SystemC & TLM.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent experience accepted.
