Role Summary

Senior member of the Chip Methodology and Automation (CMA) team in Arm Solutions Engineering responsible for deploying, training on, and supporting internal design and verification flows across Arm's SoC projects. The role works with project technical leads, methodology developers, and EDA vendors to ensure flows meet project requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide deployment, training, and operational support for front-end design, verification, and implementation flows; collaborate with methodology developers and EDA vendors; and drive improvements based on usage across global teams.

  • Deploy and maintain verification and design flows, including simulation, formal verification, lint, CDC/RDC, SDC, power-aware simulation, and gate-level simulation.
  • Train and ramp new teams and enable project teams to use flows effectively.
  • Work with project Technical Leads and methodology developers to align flows with project needs.
  • Investigate and coordinate resolution of issues with EDA vendors; validate vendor fixes.
  • Gather usage feedback and help shape tools, flows, and methodologies.
  • Support integration between front-end verification flows and back-end implementation lifecycle.
