Support Aprisa digital physical-implementation tools and workflows for semiconductor customers. Serve as a technical lead in customer engagements to optimize RTL-to-GDS flows, enable successful tape-outs, and drive adoption of EDA solutions.

Responsibilities
Primary customer-facing and technical responsibilities include:
- Provide expert guidance across the full RTL-to-GDS flow and optimize customer designs.
- Diagnose and resolve complex synthesis and place-and-route issues, including timing convergence and power optimization.
- Lead benchmarks, evaluations, and technical campaigns to promote tool adoption.
- Develop and maintain reference flows and methodologies (synthesis, floorplanning, CTS, ECO, sign-off).

- Travel for customer engagements and conferences (approximately 25β30%).
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience:
- Hands-on experience in digital physical implementation and timing closure techniques.
- Experience with advanced process nodes (16nm and below; 7nm or smaller highly valued).
- Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools (Siemens EDA, Synopsys, Cadence) across the design flow.
- Experienced knowledge of RTL synthesis methodologies: compile strategies, SDC constraints, logic optimization.
- Advanced Tcl scripting and strong Python skills for flow development and automation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-focused mentality.
