Job Title
Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer
Role Summary
Lead the design and delivery of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for video, automotive, surveillance, and imaging applications. Drive projects through specification, simulation, tape-out, lab validation, debugging, and production while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Work within a technical team that values knowledge sharing, flexible working, and ongoing training to deliver high-volume, reliable semiconductor products.
Experience Level
Senior β typically requires 8+ years of analog or mixed-signal IC design experience delivering commercial silicon products.
Responsibilities
Accountable for the full IC development lifecycle, technical leadership, and cross-team coordination.
- Design advanced analog and mixed-signal ICs for high-performance video applications using CMOS technologies.
- Lead specifications, circuit simulation, tape-out, lab validation, silicon bring-up, debugging, and post-silicon optimization.
- Use EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, or similar) for schematic capture, simulation, layout review, and parasitic extraction.
- Collaborate with digital RTL, layout, verification, customers, and manufacturing partners to deliver production-ready silicon.
- Develop test plans, analyze silicon data, and optimize designs for yield, power, noise, and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers, lead technical reviews, and support team knowledge sharing and documentation.
Requirements
