Role Summary

Design transistor-level analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for the Power and Signal Conversion product group. Work across design, modeling, verification, layout supervision and silicon bring-up to deliver competitive analog IC products.

Responsibilities

Accountable for end-to-end analog/mixed-signal IC design and validation within a cross-functional team.

• Design transistor-level analog circuit blocks and simulate subsystem performance.
• Create and use behavioral models for blocks and full-chip simulations.
• Supervise and coordinate physical layout; support layout sign-off activities.
• Verify circuit and chip-level operation and performance; support tape-out activities.
• Document designs and results; produce detailed design and test documentation.
• Collaborate with Test, Product, Validation and Quality teams for silicon evaluation and debugging.
• Interface with process, packaging and IP teams to influence product development.
• Participate in product definition and contribute ideas for new IP and patentable designs.

• Must-have: 3+ years of analog/mixed-signal design experience, with exposure to core IPs such as amplifiers, data converters, LDOs, digital filters and transceivers.
• Must-have: Proven track record of delivering competitive designs to plan.
• Must-have: Knowledge of semiconductor processes and packaging.
• Must-have: Strong time management, ability to take initiative, and effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with PMICs, behavioral modeling, layout supervision, silicon debug and validation, and IP protection (patents/trade secrets).

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (specified). Equivalent practical experience was not mentioned.
