Job Title

Senior AMS Verification Leader

Role Summary

Lead mixed-signal verification for advanced automotive and industrial ASICs within the Advanced Power System team. Define verification strategies, develop simulation environments and reusable verification components, and drive methodology improvements to deliver robust silicon with a Total Quality mindset.

Senior β€” requires extensive experience in AMS/mixed-signal IC verification; the role specifies 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Accountable for planning, executing, and improving AMS verification across projects.

  • Lead AMS verification activities and mentor verification engineers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Define verification plans, environments, regressions, and coverage objectives.
  • Develop and validate mixed-signal simulation environments, behavioral models, checkers, assertions, and reusable components.
  • Integrate digital verification and mixed-signal flows for top-level verification and silicon sign-off.
  • Drive methodology improvements to increase simulation efficiency, reuse, and quality.
  • Support design reviews, bug tracking, post-silicon correlation, and regression closure.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and hands-on experience for immediate contribution.

  • 10+ years of AMS or mixed-signal IC verification experience.
  • Proven experience leading verification for complex ASIC or mixed-signal IC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of analog fundamentals, digital RTL debug, co-simulation, and mixed-signal verification methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with verification plans, testbenches, regressions, coverage, reviews, and bug closure.
  • Experience with Verilog, SystemVerilog, UVM, SVA, Verilog-AMS, SystemC, WREAL/RNM modeling.
  • Familiarity with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Xcelium, Spectre, and vManager.
  • Good scripting skills (Python, Perl, or TCL) and experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, DesignSync).
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills for international, multidisciplinary teams.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with automotive, industrial, safety-oriented, or power management products.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related technical field (as stated in the posting).
