Semiconductor Design Engineer
Design and analyze digital and analog circuits for DRAM memory products, including simulation, optimization, floorplanning, and validation. Work with cross-functional teams (Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, Marketing) to ensure manufacturability, reliability, cost, and time-to-market targets.
Primary focus areas include circuit design (digital and analog), DRAM core optimization, layout parasitic modeling, and silicon validation/debug. Position is based in Richardson, TX with the possibility to telecommute part time.
