Semiconductor Design Engineer
Design, layout and optimize memory, logic and analog circuits for DRAM products. Participate in parasitic modeling, design validation, reticle experiments and tape-out revisions. Manage layout activities (floor-planning, placement, routing) and run verification and simulation using industry-standard tools.
Work cross-functionally with probe, assembly, test, process integration, product engineering and internal standards/CAD/modeling teams to ensure manufacturability and design quality.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field plus approximately 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
