Role Summary

Design and deliver digital IP from microarchitecture through RTL implementation, integration, and support for physical silicon. Lead full-chip integration activities and collaborate with CAD, EDA, and software teams to incorporate AI-driven and automated flows into simulation, verification, and sign-off.

Experience Level

Senior / Lead — 12+ years of relevant RTL and microarchitecture experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Define microarchitecture and implement RTL for digital IP blocks; own module interfaces and system-level architecture.
• Integrate IP into larger systems and support bring-up on physical hardware.
• Drive full-chip integration including CDC analysis, linting, synthesis, STA, and power analysis.
• Define semicustom methodology for memory design and integration.
• Leverage AI-based tools, agentic workflows, and automation to accelerate design-space exploration and RTL optimization.
• Use AI and automation to assist testbench generation, corner coverage, and to improve debug efficiency across simulation and silicon learning loops.
• Collaborate with CAD, EDA, and software teams to integrate AI-driven flows into verification and sign-off environments.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications and skills:

• Extensive hands-on RTL and microarchitecture design experience (lead-level, 12+ years).
• Proven experience with CDC, lint, equivalence checking (LEC), and quality checks (QC).
• Experience with synthesis, STA, and power analysis for full-chip sign-off.
• Experience defining memory design methodologies for semicustom flows.
• Practical experience applying AI/automation tools to RTL design, testbench generation, or debug workflows.
• Strong collaboration skills with CAD, EDA, and software engineering teams.

Nice-to-have:

• Prior experience leading engineering teams or projects.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows or design-space exploration tooling.
