RTL Design Engineer
Role Summary
Join AMD's Verification Engineering team in Hyderabad to develop and maintain functional and performance verification for IP cores. The role focuses on test and testbench development, hardware emulation, improving emulation runtime and debug, and providing cross-team technical support.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include design verification at the IP/core level and maintaining verification infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain functional and performance verification tests at the core/IP level.
- Design and build testbench components to support next-generation IP.
- Maintain and enhance test libraries for IP-level testing.
- Create and validate hardware emulation builds to verify IP functionality and performance.
- Improve hardware emulation environment to reduce runtime and enhance debug capabilities.
- Provide technical support and collaborate with other engineering teams.

- Must-have: Experience in functional verification, testbench development, and hardware emulation for IP or core verification.
- Nice-to-have: Proficiency in C/C++.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with SystemVerilog and modern verification methodologies/libraries (for example, UVM).
- Nice-to-have: Background or experience in computing/graphics; experience with OpenGL, OpenCL, or Direct3D is a benefit.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
