Role Summary
Research Scientist Intern within Qorvo's High Performance Analog group supporting semiconductor and microelectronics assembly process development, failure analysis, and data-driven experimentation. Projects and day-to-day tasks are assigned based on business needs and mentorship from senior staff.

Intern / Entry-level role for current college students; intended for individuals early in their technical careers.
Responsibilities
The intern will support experimental and analytical activities under supervision.
- Assist with hands-on development of semiconductor and heterogeneous microelectronics assembly processes.
- Perform failure analysis and characterization using lab tools and microscopy.
- Generate, collate, and analyze experimental data.
- Document procedures and results; present findings to project teams.
