Role Summary

Performs biased set-up and monitoring for reliability qualification tests, maintains and repairs reliability test chambers and hardware, and supports engineers executing experiments and failure analysis. Part of the Reliability Operations team supporting bias, ESD, and latch-up testing of assemblies and boards.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include test set-up, equipment maintenance, sample handling, and data logging.

  • Set up and monitor biased test fixtures and provide data logs to reliability engineers.
  • Load and unload samples for bias testing and support ESD and latch-up testing.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and repair reliability stress chambers and related test hardware.
  • Perform board-level inspection and repair.
  • Assist engineers with design of experiments (DOE), evaluation, debugging, and issue resolution.
  • Support inventory management of spares and test hardware.

Requirements

Must be able to perform and document reliability test activities and maintain test equipment. Additional practical skills and working conditions are listed below.

  • Practical experience operating reliability test equipment and fixtures (bias, ESD, latch-up).
  • Basic electronics assembly inspection and repair skills (board-level).
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate test records.
  • Ability to assist engineers with DOE execution and troubleshooting.
  • No travel required; shift: crewing schedule (Philippines).
