Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop ATE test programs and associated test hardware for analog, digital and power semiconductor devices.
• Design and operate bench evaluation boards for device characterization and validation.
• Research and implement test methodologies to improve coverage and reduce test time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product release schedules.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

• Proficiency in C++ programming.
• Experience or academic exposure to test program development and test hardware (ATE).
• Familiarity with testing methods for analog, digital and power semiconductor devices.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adhere to project timelines.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is specified. Fresh graduates with good academic results are explicitly welcome.
