Role Summary
Engineer responsible for RF module device development focusing on measurement, evaluation, and analysis of RF components to improve device performance.
Work within the R&D/Hardware engineering team supporting RF components such as power amplifiers (PA), low-noise amplifiers (LNA), and SOI switches.
Experience Level
Entry-level. Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of RF-related experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities for this role include measurement and analysis to drive performance improvements:
- Perform RF measurements and evaluations of components including PA, LNA, and SOI switches.
- Analyze measurement data to identify performance issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and validate performance improvement proposals and implement test plans.
- Ensure designs and measurements align with relevant RF specifications (e.g., 3GPP where applicable).
- Document test results and present findings to engineering team members.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience:
- Minimum ~2 years of RF-related engineering experience (measurement/evaluation focused).
- Hands-on experience with RF component measurement and analysis (PA, LNA, SOI switch).
- Deep technical understanding of RF concepts and measurement techniques.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with 3GPP specifications and wireless standards.
- Experience working in a semiconductor/RF module development environment.
