Role Summary
Entry-level Quality Engineer on the Global Quality NVM RMA team responsible for failure analysis of returned products. The role focuses on root-cause identification, technical reporting, and working with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reliability.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include failure analysis, data review, and supporting corrective actions.
- Support failure analysis on returned NVM products to identify failure mechanisms.
- Perform structured root-cause analysis (e.g., 8D) and document findings.
- Analyze test data, logs, and manufacturing information to detect patterns and anomalies.
- Contribute to preparation of technical and customer-facing failure analysis reports.
- Collaborate with Build, Process, Manufacturing, and Reliability teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor quality metrics and perform data analysis to track trends and deviations.
- Assist in defining and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Support continuous improvement and process standardization efforts.
