Role Summary
Senior program manager responsible for leading customer-facing IP programs within the Silicon IP Program Management Office. The role coordinates cross-functional teams globally to deliver SoC IP on schedule and mitigate program risks.
Experience Level
Senior — typically requires 5+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Manage and deliver customer IP programs across engineering, sales, and support teams.
- Serve as main customer contact for IP programs.
- Define and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues.
- Report status and progress to customers and senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements in program and project management.
Requirements

- Expertise in SoC design and IC manufacturing processes.
- Proven program/project management skills for complex technical programs.
- Experience working directly with customers on technical programs.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Analytical, organized, collaborative, and able to operate proactively under tight deadlines.
Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent; typically accompanied by 5+ years of relevant experience. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
