Project Manager — Process Technology

Role Summary

Responsible for leading complex semiconductor process technology development and transfer projects from concept through qualification and release. Works closely with foundry partners and internal cross-functional teams (process, device, integration, reliability, manufacturing) to deliver technical milestones on scope, schedule, and cost.

Experience Level

Senior role. Preferred minimum ~5 years of project management experience in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

Manage execution and coordination of process technology projects across internal and external teams.

• Lead multiple work packages for process development, integration, and technology transfer.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet qualification targets.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment among process, device, integration, reliability, manufacturing, and external partners.
• Drive execution of project plans, enable decision-making, and resolve technical and organizational issues.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to yield, performance, reliability, and process integration.
• Provide clear, structured reporting on progress, risks, and deviations.
• Align stakeholders across functions and sites to achieve agreed objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and tools.

• Strong technical understanding of semiconductor process technology; able to interpret process flows, integration challenges, and device-performance trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex technical topics to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders.
• Structured, pragmatic problem-solving and planning mindset in environments with evolving requirements.
• Proactive, results-driven approach with strong follow-through.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to prioritize across competing demands and locations.
• Experience facilitating decisions and resolving cross-organizational challenges; transparent reporting of status and risks.

Nice-to-have:

• 5+ years of project management experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Experience in process technology, device engineering, or manufacturing environments and familiarity with the semiconductor development lifecycle.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technical projects and demonstrated leadership skills.

Education Requirements

Preferred: MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field (as listed in the original posting).
