Job Title

Project Manager - Portfolio Analyst

Role Summary

Work within the Central Engineering GPU Group (Mali GPU) to coordinate delivery of GPU products across multiple engineering sites and to operate portfolio reporting and analytics. The role combines project management, cross-site coordination, and data-driven portfolio support to enable timely, on-spec product deliveries.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include coordinating delivery and producing portfolio analytics and reporting.

  • Coordinate engineering teams across sites to ensure high-quality, on-specification, timely product delivery.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Integrate datasets from multiple sources to provide accurate, timely management information.
  • Support portfolio planning, prioritisation, governance and regular review cadences.
  • Track, monitor and control project activity across locations and disciplines.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, operational efficiencies, and decision-support automation including AI-enabled tooling.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience.

  • Proven project management and delivery experience, ideally with semiconductor hardware projects from initiation to product delivery.
  • Ability to build detailed schedules from high-level requirements and to track and control project activity across multiple locations.
  • Experience developing and maintaining reporting solutions, dashboards and portfolio metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex datasets to support business decisions.
  • Experience with project management, reporting and data visualisation tools.
  • Ability to produce clear, concise reporting and to influence stakeholders.

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with hardware/software development flows and practices.
  • Portfolio management, resource planning, and organisational performance reporting experience.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation platforms.
