Role Summary
Join Micron's Advanced NAND Technology (ANT) Singapore team to develop next-generation 3D NAND memory by bridging device concepts, materials, and process integration into manufacturable solutions. Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end integration and validation of 3D NAND technology and collaborate across R&D and manufacturing functions.
- Drive 3D NAND integration and the technology roadmap, leading pathfinding and architecture enablement.
- Lead end-to-end development from concept through technology validation, including learning vehicles, characterization, and debug.
- Identify and solve complex integration and scaling challenges using data-driven, AI-assisted, and model-based approaches.
- Define and optimize module/process architecture: electrical targets, process flows, and design rules to meet product requirements.
- Collaborate with Device, Probe, Test, Design, and Operations teams to drive performance and yield learning.
- Contribute to technical innovation, including process improvements, patents, and publications.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and model-driven insights into daily work to improve efficiency and quality.
