Manage cross-functional projects to develop and deliver Chipletz Smart Substrate™ products. Coordinate engineering, product, and operations teams to keep projects on schedule, within scope, and meeting quality expectations.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will own project planning, execution, and delivery while enabling collaboration across teams.

• Define project scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, product) to execute plans.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements.
• Lead project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Resolve cross-team dependencies and remove blockers to maintain momentum.
