Senior Staff Project/Program Management Specialist
Role Summary
Responsible for demand and supply management, sales and production planning, KPI tracking (GOGM, WOI, BBBI) and coordinating cross-functional teams and external foundries to ensure product availability, optimize inventory, and protect profitability.
Supports annual operating plan (AOP) creation and analysis, new product introductions (NPI), sample and e-commerce logistics, and drives data-based improvements across Sales, SCM, Product Marketing and global manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include demand/supply planning, production coordination, annual planning and KPI/inventory management, and NPI support.
- Monitor sales and BBBI trends; identify and propose improvements.
- Analyze Demand Commit, Billing Forecast, GOD/GOR and trace variances.
- Align demand between Sales and SCM; drive cross-functional coordination and negotiations.
- Create wafer input and production/supply plans; manage foundry (TSMC, Samsung) supply and inventory status.
- Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Product Marketing, manufacturing sites and external partners across global locations.
- Develop and analyze Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and gross margin assumptions; monitor KPIs (DOI/WOI, GO/SO, inventory turns).
- Manage write-offs, slow-moving inventory, and prepare sales/profit/inventory reports and forecasts.
- Support NPI launch, manage sample/e-commerce shipping operations, and assess supply risks for new business opportunities.
Requirements
Must-have skills and competencies, plus preferred skills.
- Must-have: Ability to analyze issues using data and make logical decisions.
- Proficient with Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI); strong data aggregation and analysis skills.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and negotiation skills; ownership and proactive problem solving.
- English proficiency for email and meetings (collaboration with overseas teams).
- Nice-to-have: Experience in semiconductor demand/supply or production management and sales planning.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain Management, SAP, MDP, and Power BI integration.
- Experience in inventory and KPI management; intermediate or higher English communication skills.
- Interest in driving operational efficiency and digital transformation (DX); ability to design and implement new processes.
