Role Summary
Accountable for planning and executing development programs for RF semiconductors, RF modules, and semiconductor wafer services for Defense and Aerospace customers within the High-Performance Analog business.
Works cross-functionally with product, design, manufacturing, quality, sourcing and logistics teams to meet schedule, budget and technical requirements.
Experience Level
Professional / Mid-level β typically requires 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include program management, cross-functional coordination, and customer communication.
- Drive execution of RF semiconductor, RF module, and wafer services product development programs for Defense and Aerospace customers.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables and customer expectations with Product Line Managers and Program Managers.
- Coordinate activities across Design, Assembly, Test, Quality, Sourcing, Logistics and manufacturing operations.
- Lead communication and meeting management across remote and non-co-located teams to maintain alignment and progress toward milestones.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and roadblocks, and implement action plans with engineering, operations and business unit teams.
Requirements
Must-have experience, skills and tools for this role.
- 5+ years of experience in the defense, semiconductor, or related industry.
- Experience reporting project performance metrics against internal targets.
- Experience communicating program assessments to account managers and functional leaders.
- Experience with product development and lifecycle management tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-have:
- 3+ years of experience with RF semiconductors or microwave modules.
- Prior experience with U.S. government contracts.
- Knowledge of wafer fabrication, microelectronic package assembly, and test processes.
- Proficiency with SAP and BI tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, or JIRA.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field required.
