Project Management, Principal - Agentic AI Technologies
Role Summary
Lead and deliver complex technical programs that integrate Agentic AI and machine learning into semiconductor design tools. Work across engineering, product, IT, legal, and security to translate strategic objectives into executable program plans and measurable outcomes.
Experience Level
Senior — minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale technical programs, especially where AI/ML technologies are central.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end program execution for Agentic AI initiatives, ensuring alignment, delivery, and risk management across distributed teams.
- Lead technical program execution across all phases, from planning through delivery.
- Translate strategic goals into detailed technical execution plans and success metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, IT, legal, security) to define scope and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain program plans that address AI/ML complexity, interdependencies, and changing requirements.
- Facilitate communication across distributed teams and remove impediments to progress.
- Monitor program performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications and skills for immediate contribution; a short list of valued additions is included.
- Minimum 8 years managing large-scale technical programs with demonstrable success leading multi-team initiatives.
- Proven experience where AI, machine learning, or generative AI technologies were central to the solution and program execution.
- Strong technical understanding of AI/ML systems, including model training, deployment processes, and production integration requirements.
- Experience operating in agile development environments and managing programs with iterative requirement evolution.
- Product management background or experience translating customer requirements into technical specifications is highly valued.
- Familiarity with EDA tools or semiconductor industry experience is highly valued.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
