Project Leader
Role Summary
Lead strategic projects for process capability development, capacity expansion, new equipment platform implementation, and value engineering in semiconductor assembly operations. Act as liaison between Business Groups, Quality, Operations, and site management to ensure project delivery and compliance with Quality Change Management (QCM).
Experience Level

Responsibilities
Manage project lifecycle, governance, and stakeholder engagement to deliver process and equipment projects.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Change Management (QCM) processes.
- Create and obtain approval for project charters.
- Form and lead cross-functional project teams.
- Plan, track, and report project progress; facilitate gate reviews.
- Serve as liaison with Business Group, Change Review Board, QA, Operations, and management.
- Monitor post-project release performance.
Requirements
Key skills, tools, and behavioral requirements for successful performance.
- 10+ years relevant experience in Semiconductor Assembly Engineering, QA, or Operations (degree details under Education Requirements).
- Experienced project leader for NPI, alternate site qualification, new materials, and new package qualification.
- Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office and common project management tools.
- Computer literate; experience with SAS JMP or Minitab.
- Knowledge of OEE, RCM, MTBA, MTBF, MTTR, SPC, DOE, and Machine FMEA.
- Familiarity with quality systems such as QS9000/TS16949.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and deliver results through teamwork and coordination.

Education Requirements
Engineering degree required; the posting specifies an engineering degree plus at least 10 years of relevant working experience in Semiconductor Assembly Engineering, QA, or Operations.
