Project Engineering Management, Principal Engineer

Role Summary

Lead and manage delivery of global Silicon IP projects across the full lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional engineering, product and customer teams to meet quality, schedule, and customer expectations.

The role sits on a collaborative engineering team focused on SoC, ASIC and Mixed-Signal IP development and requires program-level ownership of project scope, schedules, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

Experience Level

Senior - approximately 7–12 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, Silicon IP, SoC, ASIC, or related engineering environments.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include program leadership, stakeholder management, planning and execution of Silicon IP deliveries.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Silicon IP projects from planning through completion.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules and milestones aligned with business objectives.
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans and use industry-standard tools to track progress.
• Monitor execution, analyze project performance, and enforce quality and delivery standards.
• Drive cross-team collaboration, remove blockers, and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Communicate regular project status and roadmap updates to R&D and customers.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in execution and delivery excellence.
