Project Design Manager/Engineer (Semiconductor)
Member of the TEC R&D program management team responsible for planning and executing semiconductor technology development projects. Serves as the primary liaison across design, process, test, quality and product teams and coordinates activities from development through production release.
Key duties include schedule development and tracking, coordination of inter-site material movement and automated reliability testing, RF test data analysis for failure-signature detection, root-cause support, and implementing process improvements to reduce cycle time.
Mid-level / Professional β typically requires at least 5 years of program or project management experience in the semiconductor industry.
The role manages project schedules, coordinates cross-site activities, supports failure analysis, and drives process improvements.
Must-have technical skills and experience; preferred items are noted.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.
