Responsibilities

Manage program plans, schedules, risks and reporting while coordinating cross-functional engineering teams and customer engagements.

  • Plan and manage the Plan of Record (POR) for Camera core products; ensure schedules, scope and budgets are met.
  • Act as PMO to provide project-management services across the Camera organization.
  • Translate product roadmaps into executable programs and drive decisions with sponsors and leadership.
  • Report key milestones, metrics, risks and mitigation plans to senior management.
  • Coordinate deliverables across product management, technology cores, ASIC design, systems and software teams.
  • Create and maintain master schedules, work plans, design-review checklists and resource plans for pre-silicon and functional teams.
  • Organize and lead interdepartmental meetings to set milestones, define tasks, and allocate resources.
  • Troubleshoot program conflicts and develop alternative schedules or resource plans to resolve issues.
  • Lead cross-functional power-optimization activities and track power-related KPIs for AR glass and other customer projects.
  • Provide on-site customer support to accelerate issue resolution and product delivery.

Requirements

Must-have technical and program-management experience relevant to camera and SoC products; travel required for customer support.

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience (as indicated in the posting).
  • Experience working with OEM partners and supporting customer engagements.
  • Understanding of CMOS sensors and SoCs.
  • Ability to coordinate across System Architecture, IC digital design, verification, implementation, and software drivers.
  • Proven leadership and program-management track record; self-starter who can influence multi-disciplined teams with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (~20% annually; may increase during critical milestones).
  • Nice-to-have: prior experience with power optimization, AR glass programs, and supporting worldwide engineering design centers.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is stated. The posting notes advanced degrees may substitute for work experience (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years). No other certifications were specified.
