Program Management Intern
Role Summary
Support program management for Marvell Connectivity projects in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. The role helps drive project execution, track schedule and resources, escalate and resolve issues, and coordinate risk mitigation across teams that design and deliver high-performance integrated circuits.
Based in Cordoba, Argentina; reports into the program management organization within Marvell Connectivity.
Experience Level
Internship / Entry-level. Targeted to students near graduation (see Education Requirements for details).
Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities include:
- Coordinate execution across cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Monitor project performance: schedule, budget, and resource utilization versus plan.
- Escalate, track, and drive resolution of program issues and blockers.
- Identify project risks and lead mitigation planning efforts.
- Support and follow Marvell’s Program Management processes and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate program documentation and status reporting; communicate clearly in English.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications and skills:
- Familiarity with digital communications and chip-related technologies (digital, analog, software/firmware, manufacturing, testing, qualification).
- Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and following program management processes.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in planning and tracking tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, collaborative environment and communicate status clearly in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to learn on the job; Marvell provides on-the-job training.
- May require eligibility to access export-controlled technology; applicants may be subject to export license review.
Education Requirements
Candidate must be currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Electronic, Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Applicants should be near graduation: either have fewer than five final exams remaining or less than one year until degree completion.
