Role Summary

Lead cross-functional execution of new product development from opportunity assessment through market release, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and return on investment. Work across design, validation, manufacturing, test, firmware/software, applications, and external fabrication/assembly/test sites.

The role focuses on program planning, risk mitigation, coordination of global teams and suppliers, and reporting program status to senior management and customers.

Responsibilities

Manage program execution and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new products on schedule, on budget, and to quality targets.
• Plan and track projects using MS Project from Assess Opportunity phase through Release to Market; maintain up-to-date schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate wafer fabrication, device packaging, assembly and test sites to meet schedule, cost and quality goals.
• Define and implement qualification and reliability plans; coordinate failure analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and communicate project issues and risks.
• Interact with customers on project status, sample deliveries, and milestone alignment.
• Coordinate material logistics, shipment priorities, and production ramp activities.
• Maintain program data in internal systems per product development guidelines.

Requirements
