Job Title

Product Yield Engineer

Role Summary

Support assigned integrated circuit (IC) products through the full product life cycle with a focus on yield improvement and product quality in a manufacturing environment. Work with cross-functional teams to analyze yield, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Entry-level / Graduate hire. Suitable for recent graduates or engineers with limited industry experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include monitoring and improving product yield and supporting product releases:

  • Analyze yield and test data to identify trends and failure mechanisms.
  • Perform root-cause investigations across circuit architectures, test, and process domains.
  • Work with design, test, process, and manufacturing teams to define and implement corrective actions.
  • Support product characterization, reliability, and qualification activities as needed.
  • Document findings, communicate status to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support products in application areas such as industrial, medical, cloud/data center, automotive, or mobility.
