Role Summary
Design and deliver automated manufacturing test systems and associated hardware/software to validate electronic and electromechanical products. Work with engineering teams and customers to define test plans, implement test equipment and test automation, and support production deployment.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include ownership of test system development from requirements to production support.
- Translate product requirements into test plans with clear pass/fail criteria.
- Design and develop automated test strategies and manufacturing test systems (hardware, fixtures, software).
- Select and integrate test equipment and peripherals for production use.
- Develop test automation, operator GUIs, and data analysis tools using languages such as Python, LabVIEW, C/C++, and TestStand.
- Prototype, validate, document, and hand over test solutions to manufacturing and operations teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with R&D, mechanical, and program teams during test solution development.
