Responsible for product validation of Conformal tools (LEC, ECO, CLP), covering full Cadence flow testing and advanced features under development.
Works with R&D and Product Engineers to design and execute validation strategies that ensure tool quality and performance.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and execute validation strategies and test plans for Conformal LEC, ECO, and CLP.
- Perform full Cadence flow testing and validate advanced/under-development features.
- Coordinate with R&D and Product Engineers to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve issues.
- Develop and run regression test suites to detect regressions and verify fixes.
- Document test results, provide clear bug reports, and track validation status.
- Analyze tool performance, reliability, and edge-case behaviors.
- Improve validation processes and propose automation to increase efficiency.
Requirements
Must-have and preferred qualifications:
- Must-have: Experience validating EDA software or similar production software; familiarity with Conformal tools (LEC, ECO, CLP) preferred.
- Must-have: Experience designing and executing validation and full-flow testing strategies.
- Must-have: Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills for working with R&D and Product Engineers.
- Nice-to-have: Test automation experience and scripting skills (e.g. Python, TCL) to build and maintain regression suites.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Cadence digital flows and ECO/LEC methodologies.
