  • Collaborate with design and test teams to translate product specifications into test requirements and plans.
  • Develop test programs for automated test equipment (ATE) focused on coverage and cost effectiveness.
  • Characterize, validate, and debug new silicon at bench and system levels.
  • Define design-for-testability concepts and automatic test software generation strategies.
  • Innovate test methodologies to reduce development time and manufacturing cost.
  • Support production ramps and investigate/resolve production issues affecting yield and cost.
  • Lead cost-reduction and yield-enhancement test solutions and parallel test methodology implementation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute test-related projects.

Requirements

Technical skills and domain knowledge required for the role.

  • High-level programming experience (C/C++/Java).
  • Experience with software revision control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
  • Knowledge of CMOS fabrication technology.
  • Assembly programming experience.
