Product Quality Engineering Intern
Role Summary
The Product Quality Engineering Intern supports product qualification and quality data analysis for RF and analog products within High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, or Connectivity and Sensors teams. Project assignments vary by business needs and focus on test plan development, data analysis automation, and RF measurement support.
This is a hands-on college internship intended to provide engineering experience and exposure to technical leadership; candidates may be considered for full-time roles as available.
Experience Level
Entry-level (Internship). Targeted to current college students enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs.
Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities during the internship include:
- Write and qualify detailed test plans for product qualification.
- Generate key team metrics and automate data collection workflows.
- Perform data extraction and analysis using tools such as SQL, JMP, and Spotfire.
- Support RF testing, measurements, and data analysis required for product qualifications.
Requirements
Required skills and attributes (education items listed separately):
- Coursework or experience in analog/RF circuit design.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SQL, JMP, and/or Spotfire is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Education Requirements
Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering at an accredited institution. Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
