Product Program Manager

Role Summary

The Product Program Manager (PPM) owns the lifecycle and schedule of board-level graphics product programs, coordinating cross-functional teams from kickoff through production release and time-to-market (TTM).

Position is on the PPM team supporting design, validation, manufacturing and global operations to deliver on-time, quality launches.

Experience Level

Senior-level. The role requires approximately 5 years of project/program management or related experience.

Responsibilities

The core responsibilities include program planning, execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Manage multiple complex programs for new board-level graphics products from kickoff to production release.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules aligned to business-unit milestones and TTM goals.
  • Lead project execution meetings, weekly communications, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Coordinate design, validation, manufacturing, and global resources to ensure quality assurance and delivery.
  • Assign tasks, mentor project team members, and coordinate peers and operations.
  • Identify project risks and issues; define and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Manage scope changes and revise project plans when product or requirements change.
  • Participate in after-action reviews; implement lessons learned and process improvements.
  • Monitor validation sample forecasts and sample delivery to internal and external partners.

Requirements

Key required skills and experience.

  • 5 years of project/program management or related experience.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to project issues.
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional and global teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
