Product PQA Engineer
Role Summary
Engineer responsible for product/process quality assurance and yield improvement in a high-volume semiconductor fab (Taoyuan Fab 11). Works on product qualification, reliability, outgoing inspection, and cross-functional defect and escape reduction.
Role focuses on root-cause debugging, corrective actions (CAPA), and applying data analytics and automation to prevent quality excursions.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include monitoring and improving product quality, yield, and reliability across probe-to-ship and qualification activities.
- Drive PTS (Probe-to-Ship) yield enhancement and control actions to meet targets.
- Debug PTS detractors, identify root causes, and implement improvement actions.
- Monitor and improve burn/reliability metrics (ARH/ABI/ABL) and product reliability.
- Improve module-level DPM (HMB1/QMON) and overall product grade.
- Lead RMA handling and drive CAPA solutions; manage global MRB case analysis.
- Execute new product qualification and track Qual/QS sample health.
- Handle wafer outgoing inspection issues and implement engineering improvements.
- Use data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to develop predictive monitoring and reduce escapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
