Product Modelling Engineer
Role Summary
Join the Product Modelling team within R&D to develop and validate virtual prototyping and electrical models for advanced power semiconductor products. The role supports new silicon technology development and collaborates with international engineering teams to predict device performance and solve physics, electronics and manufacturing problems.

Responsibilities
The role focuses on modelling, simulation and cross-team collaboration to bring new products to market.
- Develop and validate virtual prototyping for advanced power MOSFET platforms
- Simulate device electrical behaviour under varied scenarios to predict performance
- Provide simulation support during new silicon technology development
- Develop virtual prototyping methods to address physics, electronics and manufacturing challenges
- Collaborate with international development teams to solve complex device issues
- Support internal and external customers through problem-solving and technical training
Requirements
Must-have and desirable technical skills and attributes.
- Self-motivated learner who tackles new technical challenges
- Prior experience in a similar or relevant field
- Must-have: strong mathematical skills for developing modelling methods
- Nice-to-have: circuit simulation and SPICE modelling experience
- Nice-to-have: knowledge of power semiconductor principles
- Nice-to-have: programming experience
Education Requirements
BSc, MSc, MEng or PhD in electronics, semiconductor physics, mathematics or a related engineering discipline.
