Product Manager - Verification IP
Role Summary
Lead product strategy and roadmap for the Avery VIP Verification IP portfolio, including Verification IP, Compliance Suites, software stimulus, and AI-driven verification capabilities. Work cross-functionally with R&D, sales, marketing, and customers to prioritize features, define requirements, and deliver solutions for complex SoC and FPGA verification workflows.
Experience Level
Senior β typically 8β10 years of product management experience, preferably in EDA, semiconductor, or enterprise software.
Responsibilities
Deliver and execute the product vision for Verification IP and related solutions while aligning stakeholders and measuring outcomes.
- Own product vision and roadmap for Verification IP: protocol support, stimulus, checking, coverage, configuration, usability, and acceleration.
- Drive Compliance Suite strategy to maximize coverage and bug-finding effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives for software stimulus environments and flexible deployment models.
- Define and prioritize AI-powered capabilities for intelligent VIP, testbench automation, and insight-driven workflows.
- Collect market and customer feedback; translate into product requirements, user stories, and release priorities.
- Partner with R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success to validate direction and coordinate launches.
- Establish KPIs and iterate on product initiatives based on data and customer outcomes.
Requirements

Must-have: 8β10 years of product management experience, ideally in EDA, semiconductor, or enterprise software.

Must-have: Strong understanding of functional verification methodologies (protocol/subsystem verification, simulation, formal methods, coverage-driven verification).

Must-have: Demonstrated experience delivering cloud or SaaS product initiatives from concept to market.

Must-have: Familiarity with Verification IP concepts: configuration, stimulus, checkers, coverage closure, debug support, verification planning and reuse.

Must-have: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence engineering, sales, and executive teams.

Must-have: Experience with Agile/Scrum and product lifecycle management.

Nice-to-have: Exposure to Questa, SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL.
