Role Summary
Owner of the product lifecycle for a family of high-performance digital multiphase voltage regulator products targeting AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers, networking, telecom and compute markets. The role defines product strategy and roadmap, translates market needs into product requirements, and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver and commercialize products.

Responsibilities
Deliver product strategy, requirements, and go-to-market execution for digital multiphase power products.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for target markets (AI, servers, data centers, networking, telecom, computing).
- Conduct competitive and market analysis; develop business cases and market requirements documents.
- Specify product features and prioritize roadmap to maintain competitive differentiation.
- Partner with applications engineering, product/design/validation/test teams to develop and launch products.
- Ensure engineering execution aligns with market requirements and timelines.
- Create sales collateral, customer presentations, application notes, and technical documentation.
- Manage pricing strategy, quotes, and product cost considerations.
- Coordinate with peer product managers to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions across distributed global teams.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience for successful performance in this role.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing, or related roles.
- Practical understanding of power management applications and power-stage products.
- Experience or domain knowledge in data center, server, telecom, networking, and/or computing markets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with distributed global teams.
- Self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related field is specified. Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) or an MBA is listed as a plus.
