Role Summary

Own the digital front-end verification product vertical, leading RCA (root-cause analysis) and Coverage product lines from customer problem definition through R&D, evaluation, and sale. This is a customer-facing leadership role responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for AI-driven verification tools.

Partner with R&D, AI/software engineering, and Sales to validate value with customers, convert evaluations to revenue, and scale block-level solutions to full SoC deployments.

Experience Level

Senior — requires 7+ years in digital design verification, verification methodology, or EDA product roles with deep familiarity of front-end verification flows.

Responsibilities

Lead the product lifecycle and customer engagement for RCA and Coverage product lines.

• Own the vertical end-to-end: customer problem definition → R&D direction → demo → evaluation → sales conversion.
• Validate value with customers by working with DV leads, verification engineers, and CAD teams to identify wedge use cases and quantify benefits.
• Define and prioritize the roadmap across RCA depth, coverage scope, and adjacent capabilities (formal, lint/CDC, harness optimization).
• Shape go-to-market: positioning, demo flows, evaluation criteria, pricing input, and support Sales during evaluations and conversions.
• Set measurable targets, track evaluation outcomes and revenue signals, and prioritize backlog items including data acquisition and headcount.
• Coordinate daily with R&D, AI/software engineering, and Sales to align feasibility, quality standards, and account strategy.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications and skills.

• 7+ years in digital design verification, verification methodology, or EDA product roles.
• Deep knowledge of front-end verification flow: testbench/UVM, regression simulation, debug/triage, coverage closure, formal, lint/CDC, GLS.
• Direct experience with regression failure triage and root-cause analysis across block and system levels.
• Proven customer-facing experience with a strong network among DV and CAD leadership and credibility with senior verification engineers.
• Track record of validating product value with customers and converting evaluations into revenue.
• Strong business judgment: ability to quantify technical capabilities in monetary terms and prioritize accordingly.
• Program-management and execution skills to drive R&D, engineering, and sales teams toward shared goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to VPs and technical teams.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience maturing early-stage capabilities to production-quality products.
• Product management or product line management experience in EDA, semiconductor IP, or AI-for-engineering tools.
• Familiarity with formal verification and static checks (lint/CDC).
• Experience defining evaluation criteria and success metrics for enterprise pilots.
