Product Integration Lead, HIG (High Bandwidth Memory)
Role Summary
Lead integration of Micron's HBM products into end-system requirements, representing the HBM development swimlane and driving alignment between silicon and system teams. Set product development priorities, manage change requests, and resolve technical challenges to meet system needs within schedule, risk, and cost constraints.
Experience Level
Senior β requires 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional technical alignment and managing product integration activities:
- Manage technical inputs and drive silicon-system alignment using the Success Criteria Document (SCD).
- Collaborate with Architecture, Product, Systems Engineering, Technology Development, Packaging, Business Unit, and Quality teams to resolve gaps between HBM commitments and system requirements.
- Align HBM sample delivery with system development timelines and assess risks from capability gaps.
- Lead triage for system or chip feature interactions and coordinate mitigations with stakeholders.
- Define and manage qualification criteria and drive Change Control Board activities for late/post-qual changes.
- Communicate priorities to the HBM development team to maintain focus on system specifications.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and data-driven tools to streamline workflows and support decision making.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience; items marked as preferred or plus where applicable.
- Must: 8+ years of experience in product, design, process, yield enhancement, or related engineering roles.
- Must: Proven ability to lead technical issues to closure through cross-functional collaboration.
- Must: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to gather technical input and drive resolution.
- Must: Programming experience in Python, Java, C, or VB.
- Preferred: Experience with product development projects.
- Plus: Tableau or Power BI development experience.
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of DRAM/HBM device/design and system management; desire to grow HBM-to-system expertise.
- Plus: Experience applying AI-driven tools or data analytics to improve processes.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
