Role Summary
Entry-level product engineering role in the Digital & Signoff Group (Liberate Library Characterization Team). The engineer will develop expertise in library characterization, modeling, circuit simulation, and automation while supporting R&D and customer engagements.
Work focuses on characterizing standard cells, memory, I/O, and mixed-signal IP and delivering technical solutions for advanced semiconductor projects.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include development, validation, and customer support tasks related to library characterization and associated tooling.
- Learn and apply library characterization methodologies for standard cells, memory, I/O, and mixed-signal IP using Cadence Liberate products.
- Analyze timing, power, and variation characterization results and investigate technical issues.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate new product features and improve characterization flows.
- Debug customer-reported problems and help develop technical solutions.
- Develop automation tools and workflows using Python, Tcl, Perl, or shell scripting.
- Support customer engagement teams in technology adoption and project execution.
- Create technical documentation, training materials, and application notes.
- Contribute to product evaluations and benchmarking for advanced semiconductor technologies.
Requirements

Education Requirements
