Role Summary
Join Siemens Software in Santa Clara to define and deliver AI-driven products for analog and custom IC design. The role bridges semiconductor design, AI/ML, product strategy, and customer engagement to translate customer problems into production software and workflows.

Responsibilities
Deliver product capabilities for next-generation design automation by working with customers and engineering teams.
- Define product requirements and end-to-end workflows for design automation solutions.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive adoption.
- Drive product direction across analog design, standard cell design, custom digital implementation, and design migration.
- Partner with engineering to translate requirements into product capabilities and deliverables.
- Define use cases, success metrics, benchmarks, and customer adoption strategies.
- Lead evaluations, demonstrations, customer engagements, and early-access deployments.
- Influence roadmap priorities using market needs, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
Requirements

- Experience in semiconductor design, EDA, or related technical fields.
- Proven experience defining solutions, workflows, or products that were delivered to users or customers.
- Experience applying automation, AI/ML, generative or agentic AI technologies to engineering workflows.
- Domain expertise in one or more areas: analog & custom IC design; standard cell design and optimization; physical implementation; design migration and reuse; physical verification, extraction, and simulation workflows.
- Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements and drive technology adoption.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively across product management, engineering, sales, and customer teams.
Nice-to-have / preferred experience:
- Circuit simulation (SPICE), analog verification flows, and physical verification (DRC, LVS, parasitic extraction).
- Familiarity with OpenAccess-based environments and commercial EDA platforms (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso).
- Experience delivering software products used in production semiconductor design flows.
- Technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CE), or a related technical field required. A Master's degree in EE/CE or a related field is preferred.
