Role Summary
Lead data analytics and AI/ML initiatives to improve yield, quality, and reliability for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products. The role sits within Heterogeneous Integration Group product engineering and works closely with fab, technology development, design, systems, and quality teams.
Work focuses on analyzing manufacturing and reliability data, developing predictive models and algorithms, and deploying analytics within production workflows to drive measurable yield and KPI improvements.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include data-driven yield and reliability improvement, model development, and cross-functional integration.
- Own and lead initiatives that improve cumulative yield and product quality across cross-functional teams.
- Analyze engineering and manufacturing data using statistical tools, ML and AI to identify yield and reliability improvements and integrate them into disposition workflows.
- Develop ML/DL models and algorithms for data mining, pattern recognition, wafer/die screening, predictive modeling, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with IT, manufacturing and operations to build and maintain data pipelines and cloud-enabled infrastructure for engineering assessments.
- Work with Fab, HBM technology, design, system development, and quality/reliability teams to enable product shipping and qualification.
- Promote technical innovation, validate AI/ML models, and share improvements to drive continuous process enhancement.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within scope.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills, tools, and professional abilities.
- Proven experience with data visualization and analysis tools such as JMP, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
- Strong statistical analysis and predictive-modeling skills applied to engineering or manufacturing data.
- Familiarity with web application languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for data presentation is beneficial.
- Experience building or working with data pipelines and cloud-based data infrastructure.
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and professional work ethic.
- Required to work onsite in Singapore; role includes international travel to Taiwan.
Education Requirements
