Product Engineer

Role Summary

The Product Engineer will support development, evaluation, characterization and production release of analog and mixed‑signal integrated circuits for Automotive and Industrial markets at the Tucson site.

The role works cross‑functionally with Design, Applications, Test, Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, and process/package teams to ensure products meet requirements and manufacturing targets.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and characterize analog amplifiers, temperature sensors, sensor front ends and application‑specific signal processing ICs for automotive and industrial applications.
  • Collaborate with Design, Applications, Test, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality and Reliability throughout new product development and production release.
  • Design bench evaluation PCBs and create characterization programs for bench evaluations.
  • Perform evaluation, debug and electrical characterization to verify product and manufacturing requirements are met.
  • Work with failure analysis to determine root causes of reliability and qualification issues.
  • Support process and package technology development and qualification for new products.
  • Work with global manufacturing to address product quality, yield management and cost reduction on mature products, including product spins and derivatives.
